Amanda likes to place materials at each chair, including her contact details, company information, special promotions, and a link where they can download the slide deck from the presentation.  It will be assumed that this is acceptable with the event hosts unless notified otherwise.  Please provide Amanda with the approximate number of attendees within two days of the event.
