Technology

(Please note that not all workshops require a laptop. Please refer to the individual event pages to determine what is required.)

A laptop computer with...

• A wireless internet card
• A functioning internet browser. We HIGHLY recommend you use Firefox instead of Internet Explorer!
• A WYSIWYG HTML editor. We recommend Kompozer - download it for free here. (Only needed if you're taking an HTML class.)
• All necessary usernames and passwords
• Access to your e-mail account(s) in case you need to have a password reminder sent to you

Non-Computery Stuff

• Writing utensils and paper for taking notes (you can also bring a laptop to take notes if you prefer)
• Business cards to share with the class
• Any data that is specifically requested for your event
