At Gong Gong Communications, it is our job to serve others, and while it may be solely in a business capacity, we take the concept of customer service to heart. All business interactions are based upon the simple principles of relationships, and everyone knows that only healthy relationships can be expected to grow and prosper.
We want every client to be comfortable working with us and to get what they need, not what we want. With all of our clients we are honest, open, and truthful, and we ask for the same in return. We seek to build trust — real trust — with each and every client, because without it you can’t truly have a successful relationship.
We feel that a business is only as strong as the will and the heart of its employees. GGC encourages its employees to volunteer frequently and expects them to partake in some variety of community service on a regular basis. GGC also does pro-bono work for the non-profit community, helping bring marketing services to an industry which often can’t afford it.
Some companies go green to be trendy, but GGC has always been green because we know it is simply the right thing to do. We conserve electricity, use only recycled paper, and will opt for an eco-friendly option whenever possible. We avoid conspicuous gas consumption by cutting travel time and opting for phone and online meetings whenever possible.
We also believe strongly in the concept of Fair Trade. Similarly to our green policy, if we can use a product that is Fair Trade over one that isn’t, we will do some without reservations.
